Property Management
 
This includes routine home/property inspections and maintenance monitoring of everything from house cleaning, lawn/garden, heating/cooling, water filtration, generator, cars/boats and swimming pool, to making sure gutters are clear of leaves and snow is removed from the driveway and pathways if need be.
 
Regular maintenance and routine inspections of the building and its equipment are scheduled on a pre-determined basis and can often disclose structural and/or mechanical signs of fatigue or just the need for basic service, before neglect leads to more significant repairs or replacement. 
 
When something is found to be broken, damaged or neglected in regard to plumbing, heating, electrical, painting or structural repair, the homeowner is notified that corrective maintenance is necessary and the problem is dealt with immediately.

Seasonal preparation:

  •    Ensure grill is covered/uncovered, filled with gas and/or tested.

  •    Outdoor furniture storage, and/or conditioning, oiling teak, cushions cleaned, etc

  •    Seasonal maintenance of automobiles, boats, etc

  •    Landscape lighting checked.

 
 

New Construction
 
We can also refer, arrange and oversee anything from remodeling a kitchen or bathroom to a full renovation or more extensive construction project.
We contract with the most reputable architects, decorators, carpenters, caterers, landscapers, masons, event planners and painters on the east end.

From stocking your home with your favorite food, beverages and fresh flowers for your arrival, to arranging a chef and staff to prepare it all. We can handle all the details.​
